Questions

How much does it cost to send boxes from Wales to London?

Kerbside collection of up to 4 boxes, bags or suitcases costs £199, the same to every destination in England and Wales. Ten pieces cost £289 and twenty cost £409. Assisted, where we carry from inside, starts at £349. Prices include VAT and are the same in both directions.

Which day do you collect in North Wales?

Tuesday, every week. That covers every LL postcode on Anglesey, Gwynedd, Conwy, Denbighshire and Wrexham, plus Flintshire (CH4 to CH8). You get a 4-hour window by text the evening before.

How long does delivery take?

Out of North Wales: collected on Tuesday, London arrives Wednesday, Leeds Thursday, Bristol and Cardiff Friday, Oxford Saturday, Birmingham Monday, and the North West the following Tuesday. Into North Wales: collected on your area's day and delivered the next Tuesday.

Do you cover Cardiff and Swansea?

Yes, every Friday. All CF, NP and SA postcodes, from Carmarthen and Llanelli through Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot and Bridgend to Cardiff, Newport, the valleys and the Vale of Glamorgan.

Do you cover Anglesey and the Llŷn Peninsula?

Yes. Holyhead, Llangefni, Amlwch, Beaumaris, Menai Bridge and the rest of Anglesey are on the Tuesday run, as are Pwllheli, Criccieth, Porthmadog and Caernarfon.

Is this good for students?

Yes. We collect from halls and student houses in Bangor, Wrexham, Cardiff and Swansea at the start and end of every term and deliver home anywhere in England and Wales. A typical room of 10 pieces is £289 kerbside.

Do I need special packing?

No. Use any sturdy box, bag or suitcase up to 30 kg. Write your booking reference on each piece. We bring labels on the day.

When does booking close?

At 12:00 two days before collection. Until then changes and cancellation are free; after that the van is loaded and routed around your booking.

What cover is included?

£50 per piece is included in every price. Keep receipts or photos for anything valuable, and remember the prohibited list excludes cash, jewellery and other high-value small items that should travel with you.

What cannot travel?

Liquids, paints and aerosols, large lithium batteries on their own, perishable food, plants, cash, jewellery, passports and documents you cannot replace, and anything hazardous or illegal. The full list is on the prohibited items page.

Can I send a bike?

Yes, £59 each, or covered by the £199 minimum on its own. Pedals off and bars turned if you can; a bike box is welcome but not required.

Do you do whole-house moves?

The shuttle carries up to 50 pieces and 6 bikes and furniture items per booking, which covers most small moves. Bigger than that, email us and we will quote it as a dedicated job.

What about Mid Wales?

LD and Welsh SY postcodes are on the waitlist while we build the route. Leave your email in the booking form and we will tell you the day a run reaches you.

Do you cover Scotland?

Glasgow (G), Edinburgh and the Lothians (EH) and Stirling and Falkirk (FK) run fortnightly on Thursdays through the same network. Other Scottish areas can join the waitlist.

How do the window texts work?

The evening before each leg we text a 4-hour window to the mobile on your booking: once for collection, once for delivery. If a window is tight for you, reply to the text and we will do what we can.
