Wales Shuttle is a service of PSPD LDN LTD ("we", "us"). Booking a run means agreeing to these terms. They are written to be read.
We collect boxes, bags, suitcases, bikes and small furniture from the collection address, carry them via our hub, and deliver them to the delivery address on the dates confirmed at booking. Runs follow fixed weekly days; dates shown at booking are the dates we work to.
The price shown before payment is the full price, including VAT and £50 cover per piece. It is calculated from the piece count, service level, bikes, furniture and stairs details you give. If the load on the day is materially bigger than booked, we may charge the difference at the published rates or carry only what was booked.
A piece is a box, bag or suitcase up to 30 kg. Bookings are limited to 50 pieces and 6 bikes and furniture items. We can refuse any item that is unsafe to lift or carry, visibly leaking, or on the prohibited list.
No liquids, paints, aerosols, fuels or gas canisters; no loose lithium batteries; no perishable food, plants or animals; no cash, jewellery, passports or irreplaceable documents; nothing hazardous or illegal. The full list is on the prohibited items page and forms part of these terms. We may open and inspect any piece we reasonably suspect.
Kerbside: your pieces are ready at the ground-floor entrance of the collection address, and delivery is to the ground-floor entrance. Assisted: we carry between the van and rooms, using the access you described; stairs without a lift are chargeable per end as published, based on the floor and lift details given at booking.
We text a 4-hour window the evening before each leg. If nobody is available in the window and we cannot reach you, we may redeliver on the next run; a repeat visit may carry a fee at the published floor price. Parking restrictions or access problems you know about belong in the booking notes.
Free changes and full-refund cancellation until 12:00 (UK time) two days before collection. After cutoff the run is planned around your booking, so cancellations are not refundable and changes are best efforts.
Each piece is covered to £50 against loss or damage while in our care, as set out on the cover page. Claims need to be raised within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We are not liable for damage to items packed by you where the packing was inadequate, for the prohibited list, or for consequential losses.
We run to fixed days and almost always hit them, but weather, road closures and vehicle failures happen. If we miss a delivery day we deliver on the next practical run; if we miss a collection we re-book it at no cost. Our liability for delay is limited to the price paid.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If a clause is found unenforceable the rest still stand. Questions to hello@walesshuttle.co.uk.
