How the shuttle works

Wales Shuttle is a weekly shuttle, not a courier and not a removals van. North Wales is collected and delivered every Tuesday, South Wales every Friday, and every other corner of England and Wales has its own fixed day. Full vans on planned routes are what make a doorstep service possible from £199 including VAT.

Book in 2 minutes

  1. Where. Enter both postcodes. You see your exact collection and delivery dates before you pay, because the days are fixed.
  2. What. Count your boxes, bags and suitcases (up to 30 kg each), add bikes or small furniture, and choose Kerbside or Assisted.
  3. Details and pay. Name, addresses, mobile for your window texts. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. The price you see is the price charged, VAT and £50 cover per piece included.

On the day

You get a 4-hour window by text the evening before. Write your reference on every piece; we bring labels too. Kerbside means your things are at the front door and the driver loads. Assisted means we come in and carry, any floor.

Between runs

Your things travel in the van to our Oxfordshire hub, wait securely if the destination run is a different day, and go out on the destination's own run. Nothing is handled by third parties and nothing leaves our care.

Changes

Free to change or cancel until 12:00 two days before collection, by reply to your confirmation email or the manage link. After that the run is planned around your booking.

How the shuttle runs

Your postcode sets the day. That is how we keep prices low: fixed routes, full vans, both directions.

Questions

How does Wales Shuttle work?

Your postcode sets your day: Tuesday across North Wales, Friday across South Wales, and a fixed weekly day for every other area of England and Wales. We collect from your door, your things ride via our Oxfordshire hub, and they are delivered on the destination's next run day. One fixed price from £199, booked online.

What is the difference between Kerbside and Assisted?

Kerbside (from £199): you have everything at your front door and the driver loads. Assisted (from £349): we carry from inside, any floor, and furniture or bikes bring a two-person crew.

When do I find out my time window?

The evening before each leg you get a 4-hour window by text, for collection and again for delivery.
