Privacy
We collect what a booking needs (names, addresses, email, mobile, what you are sending), use it to run your booking, and do not sell it or use it for anything else. Payments are handled by Stripe; card numbers never touch us.
What we hold
- Booking data: names, both addresses, email, mobile, item counts, notes you add, price and payment status. Kept to run the booking, handle claims and meet tax law.
- Quote and waitlist data: postcodes and email if you ask to be told when a run opens, or start a booking without finishing it. If you start checkout and stop, we may send one reminder email with your saved quote; reply or ignore it and we will not nudge again.
- Payments: processed by Stripe. We see the outcome and a reference, never your card.
- Texts: your mobile is used for window texts and urgent day-of contact only.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your data.
- Marketing lists you did not ask for.
- Third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Where it lives
Booking records live in our operational systems (database, email and the sheets our crews work from). Access is limited to the people running your job.
