Fixed days, planned routes
Wales runs twice a week: every LL postcode plus Flintshire (CH4 to CH8) on Tuesdays, and every CF, NP and SA postcode on Fridays. The rest of England and Wales has one fixed weekly day per postcode area, and Scotland's central belt (G, EH, FK) runs fortnightly on Thursdays.

Collection is your area's next run day at least 2 days ahead; delivery is the destination's next run day after that. North Wales to North Wales is delivered the same Tuesday. Mid Wales (LD and Welsh SY postcodes) is on the waitlist: leave your email in the booking form and we will tell you the day a run reaches you.
