Kerbside vs Assisted: which service do you need?

Kerbside (from £199) means everything is at your front door and the driver loads; you pay for transport, not labour. Assisted (from £349) means we come inside and carry, any floor, and furniture or bikes bring a two-person crew. Pick by who does the lifting.

Choose Kerbside when

You can get everything to the door yourself (or with a housemate), nothing needs two people, and the address has straightforward access. This is most students, most box-and-bag moves and almost all second-leg deliveries to family.

Choose Assisted when

There are stairs you would rather not do, furniture or a bike is involved, or the load is simply big. Stairs without a lift add £15 per end at the 2nd or 3rd floor and double that higher up; with a lift they cost nothing.

You can mix ends

Service level applies to the whole booking, but access is priced per end: Assisted with a lift at one end and 3rd-floor stairs at the other only pays stairs once.
